We are excited to announce that we have reopened!  We are following strict guidelines given to us by Boulder County Public Health and the CDC.  Please read below for what to expect the day of your scheduled appointment. 

If you are not feeling well or you have knowingly been exposed to any symptoms within the last 14 days, we ask for the safety of our staff and clients that you notify us privately and reschedule your appointment.

 

Appointment Expectations:

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early and upon arrival call the salon to notify us you have arrived.  We ask that you wait in your vehicle or outside the salon with proper social distancing measures.  Your stylist will call or text you when it is time for you to come into the salon for your appointment.
  • As you come inside, you will be required to wear a mask, have your temperature taken and to sign a digital “COVID Consent Form” (If you are running a fever, you will kindly be asked to leave and reschedule)
  • After passing the temperature check, you will sanitize your hands and head to the station with your stylist or treatment room with your esthetician.

Let’s do our part, together:

  • We have limited the number of people in the salon to not exceed 10, promoting social distancing.
  • Only guests with an appointment can be in the salon.  No children or other guests will be allowed to accompany you inside.
  • All clients must wear face masks.  For hair appointments, please wear a mask that loops around your ears.  All staff will be wearing masks at all times.
  • Only bring in your cell phone, car keys, and form of payment.
  • As much as we love you, we will not hug or shake your hand.
  • We will not be offering any type of beverage service.
  • Hand and scalp massage will not be offered.
  • During this time, we will not be doing any drying.  Please come to your appointment with clean hair, and be prepared to leave with wet hair after your services are completed.
  • Facials and massages are suspended to limit physical contact.
  • Payment by credit/debit card only.  If you wish to tip your service provider, please tip them directly.
  • We have elevated sanitation practices after every guest, including all stations, tools, and products.
  • All staff will be washing and sanitizing our hands thoroughly throughout the day, and wearing gloves when needed.
  • We are also conducting daily symptom and temperature check of staff.  If we have been exposed or show symptoms, we will not come to work.
